Description: Aims:

* to promote the development of high-level language skills in Spanish
* to acquire in-depth personal experience of the Spanish culture
* to gain academic experience in a Spanish/Latin-American business school.

Learning Outcomes:
Students will have gained an indepth knowledge of the study of management in Spain AND/OR Latin America through following an academic programme of study at a partner institution. They will have developed high language skills and familiarized themselves with the culture of higher education in the chosen country.

Skills:
Skills in critical analysis, conceptual thinking, precision in the use of written and spoken language, exercise of independent judgement, reasoned argument, effective communication in the target language, teamwork and the planning/conduct/reporting of non-quantitative research are developed and assessed in this unit.

Content:
To carry out an agreed programme of work at a Spanish/Latin American business school. The nature, scope and assessment of this work is to be agreed by the institutions involved in the exchange arrangements.
