Description: Aims:

* to promote the development of high-level language skills in Spanish
* to acquire in-depth personal experience of the Spanish culture
* to gain professional experience.

Learning Outcomes:
After completion of this unit students will have gained knowledge and experience of a Spanish-speaking workplace, have achieved high level language skills, and have developed and completed an academic research project based on the management of change in the workplace.
