Postgraduate Programmes in the Department of Electronic & Electrical Engineering: Codes for use in the processing of course changes
The tables below show all of the codes needed in the processing of student course changes. Programmes are grouped by subject, award level and mode of attendance. Links are provided from each CRS code to the corresponding entry in the latest programme catalogues (where applicable). Once you have processed a course change please check the relevant programme catalogue to ensure that the student is registered on the correct units (where relevant).

Notes:
- Some programmes may have several different variants. Please ensure you have found the codes for the correct programme before processing a course change.
- Titles given here are provided to help you distinguish between different variants of the same programme and will not necessarily be the same as the titles which appear in the programme catalogues, on certificates or elsewhere.
- Modes of attendance listed in these tables are the standard modes of attendance for each programme. If you need to process a course change for a student who has an existing 'writing up' mode of attendance, please see the SAMIS Manuals for advice.
- Please refer to the SAMIS Manuals for instructions on how to process course changes. Course changes should not be processed without permission and appropriate training. Please contact SAMIS support via the BUCS helpform to request training on course changes.
