Undergraduate Programmes in the Department of Pharmacy & Pharmacology: Codes for use in the processing of course changes
The tables below show all of the codes needed in the processing of student course changes. Programmes are grouped by subject, award level and mode of attendance. Links are provided from each CRS code to the corresponding entry in the latest programme catalogues (where applicable). Once you have processed a course change please check the relevant programme catalogue to ensure that the student is registered on the correct units.
Notes:
- Some programmes may have several different variants (e.g. with year-long placement, with study year abroad etc). Please ensure you have found the correct programme before processing a course change.
- Titles given here are provided to help you distinguish between different variants of the same programme and will not necessarily be the same as the titles which appear in the programme catalogues, on certificates or elsewhere.
- All CertHE programmes will lead to a non-subject specific award of "Certificate of Higher Education" and DiplHE programmes will lead to an award of "Diploma of Higher Education". Separate codes exist for exit awards in each subject/mode of attendance because we are required to report on this information.
- Blank cells in the mode of attendance columns indicate that the relevant year is not available for the specified programme of study during 2020/21 (e.g. because the programme is new or is being withdrawn).
- Please refer to the SAMIS Manuals for instructions on how to process course changes. Course changes should not be processed without permission and appropriate training. Please contact support (email sreo-samis@bath.ac.uk) to request training on course changes.
