Managing your Money

Visit our Money Advice Team for support on budgeting and some tips on how to eat healthily on a budget.

Dog Walking

Come along to join a social dog walk with our friends from Pets as Therapy. The walk will take in a short route around the edge of the campus with the opportunity to meet the dogs and new people.

Bath Active: Dance Fitness

An aerobic workout that incorporates many forms of dance.

Time: 3pm to 4pm

Bath Active: Circuits

Get fit but have fun while doing it. Circuits will test your aerobic fitness whilst building muscle.

Time: 5pm to 6pm

The Edge Dramatherapy Workshop

A Dramatherapy workshop exploring our quest for knowledge and the power it holds. Come along if you want to play, create and reflect. No drama (or therapy) experience needed, just curiosity and a love for spider stories! This will be an experiential workshop so please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

The Positive Impact of Assistive Technology on Wellbeing

Try ergonomic equipment, learn more about software that can help you with workload and also hear more about Apps for wellbeing.

Speed Dating for Sport - Indoor

Find the sport you love! Speed dating for sport is a two hour session with loads of different sports to try in 20 minute intervals. It's a fun, free, recreational initiative designed to get you moving and enjoying some new sports.

Time: 1.15pm to 3.05pm

Beginners Be Well Cooking Class and Free Meal

A free 45 minute cooking class to help you with basic cookery skills, cooking doesn’t have to be complicated or cost a fortune. The hands-on demonstration will be followed by a delicious free meal.

TEDx Bath - Be Well Talks

Come along to listen to five, ten minute, engaging live speeches that will approach Wellbeing from different, insightful perspectives. Three of the speeches will be delivered by bold students - Ruqia Osman, Nick O'Hea and Kirsty Way, who are ready to share their wisdom and experience. The final two will be delivered by Dr Punit Shah and Professor Richard Joiner from our Psychology Department. Visit the Facebook event page for more information on the event and speakers.

Wellbeing Walk

Join us on a group walk around the campus boundary to take in some of the beautiful sights on our doorstep and take some photos on the route if you wish. This is a great walk to learn for those times that you need a break or to stretch your legs, perfect for a lunch break.

Mindfulness Taster

This group introduction looks at what mindfulness is and discusses a few common misconceptions. There will also be opportunities to experience some meditation practices such as body awareness and breathing exercises.

Stretching and breathing session that will keep your mind and body relaxed. Completely free - no equipment needed. Please note this session is off campus.
