13 April Recognising Excellence (RE) Awards launched
6 June Heads of Department to update their spreadsheet in SharePoint to reflect final recipients of the award and send confirmation email to reward-hr@bath.ac.uk
8 June Payroll to take final recipient data from SharePoint and process for payment
From 8 June Heads of Department to notify successful employees
25 June RE payment included in June payslip

Outstanding Contribution Awards

The Outstanding Contribution (OC) scheme for 2020-2021 has now concluded. We will communicate future OC scheme timescales when dates have been confirmed. Below is an overview of the OC process only.

28 October 2021 Spreadsheets with all eligible employees in the departments to be shared with Heads of Department. HOD's to communicate the scheme to all eligible staff
12 November 2021 Nominations to be completed and returned to Heads of Department. (This is a guide date, please adhere to the deadline set by your HoD).
29 November 2021 Heads of Department to upload all nominations to SharePoint
13 December 2021 Contribution Pay Review Group meets to consider Outstanding Contribution nominations
By 20 December 2021 Faculties/Schools/Departments notified of successful and unsuccessful cases
From 20 December 2021 Unsuccessful cases may be referred back to Faculties/Schools/Departments for consideration under their local Recognising Excellence schemes
From 20 December 2021 Letters to Outstanding Contribution nominees to be shared by Heads of Departments
January 2022 Contribution points actioned for successful nominees in January 2022 payroll, effective 1 January 2022
