Cancellation policy
If you withdraw from a course or class at any time you will only be entitled to a refund in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Head of the Foreign Languages; a £15 charge to cover administration costs will be applied. The Head may request evidence to support the request for a refund such as a doctor’s certificate or a letter from an employer. Refunds may take up to six weeks to process from date of cancellation.
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to the programme, published details may be altered without notice at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any part of this programme without prior notice. You have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of the agreement being made.
