Classes will be face to face or online, delivered as live online interactive learning (LOIL). The timetable will tell you which one your course will be.

Courses will be 10 weeks with a 2-week Easter break in between (weeks commencing 3 and 10 April 2023).

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of the agreement being made. Thereafter, if you withdraw from a course at any time, you will only be entitled to a refund in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Head of Languages, and a £15 charge to cover administration costs will be applied.
The Head may request evidence to support the request for a refund such as a doctor’s certificate or a letter from an employer. Refunds may take up to six weeks to process from the date of cancellation.
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to the programme, published details may be altered without notice at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any part of this programme without prior notice.
