Terms And Conditions


  • All ceremony attendees are reminded that event arrangements will be guided by the latest public health advice affecting the general public or Higher Education providers in particular which remains subject to change and could lead to cancellation at short notice.

  • You will be informed in due course of any important health and safety measures being implemented and any guidance or conditions of entry applying to graduates and guests.

  • Please be aware that in the event that the planned ceremonies are cancelled, postponed or otherwise changed or in the event that a graduate or guest fails to comply with the conditions of entry, no liability will be accepted by the University for the costs of travel, accommodation or other arrangements entered into by graduates or guests.

  • In the interests of the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell, especially if you have any of the published symptoms of a respiratory infection, including Covid-19, or if you have tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 5 days.

  • You are welcome to wear a face covering if you feel more comfortable doing so.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available at entrances and exits and attendees are encouraged to use it.
