October 2020 to April 2021

Our Applicant Visit Days take place during this period. If you receive an offer or interview from us then you will be invited to attend one of these.

15 October 2020

This is the application deadline for all courses to Oxford or Cambridge, and most courses in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine and veterinary science.

15 January 2021

Deadline for equal consideration

Deadline for all UCAS undergraduate course applications.

You can submit your application when you have your UCAS reference. You must do this by 18:00 (GMT) on 15 January 2021 to be guaranteed equal consideration.

‘Equal consideration’ means we review your application in the same way as all other applications we receive by the deadline, regardless of when each application is received. If you apply after the equal consideration deadline we may not have remaining spaces for your course.

25 February 2021

UCAS Extra opens. UCAS Extra is another chance for you to gain a place, if you've used all five of your choices on your original application and you’re not holding an offer.

May 2021

Applications for Bath University accommodation open. Rooms are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is not given to the date and time of application.

5 May 2021

First deadline for replying to your offer

Deadline to reply to UCAS. If you are a UK student and have received decisions from all your university choices before 31 March 2021, you must reply to your offer of a place by the first week of May 2020 or it will be declined.

If you live outside the UK, you can reply on 5 May but you don’t have to until after the second UCAS deadline in June.

3 June 2021

Second deadline for replying to your offer

Deadline to reply to UCAS. If you receive decisions from all your university choices between the end of March and the 6 May 2021, you must reply to your offer of a place or it will be declined.

Deadline to reply for late applications

Deadline to reply to UCAS with your choices if you received all your decisions between the beginning of May and the 3 June 2021.

Deadline for applying as a late applicant

After this date you can only make new applications through Clearing or Adjustment (where we have places available).
