Hello and welcome!

Firstly, I want to congratulate you on securing your place in Bath to study Natural Sciences.

Moving to university is a major life event so I want to reassure you that plenty of support is available to you in making the transition and I would encourage you to make use of it to ask questions, ask for advice or simply to have a chat. You will be assigned a personal tutor who is there to help with pastoral matters; for academic matters, your Director of Studies and I am also very happy to help.

I look forward to meeting you in Welcome Week. As well as general welcome events arranged by the University, we've organised a number of departmental induction sessions.

When your Welcome Week timetable is available, please check it carefully to make sure you don't miss any activities related to your programme.
