Learning is available through ILX or LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda.com) and you can come to a drop-in session in the IT Training suites if you need a quiet space. A tutor will be on hand to give you guidance if needed. The courses, however, are self-paced and you can access them from anywhere.

Learn with Lynda.com

Lynda.com is an online learning platform with courses on everything from learning Java to project management, and even singing. You can log in to LinkedIn Learning during work or to brush up on your vocals from home. Whether for career or personal development, some examples of courses include:

The course content can be studied at your desk or you can book onto our drop-in sessions.

Session Duration: 2 hours

Each session is a two hour self-paced workshop, however, you're welcome to leave at any time. The courses are completely flexible so can be started at any date, and exams are scheduled based on demand. Our current available sessions are:
