Dates and times
Dates and times for the summer graduation receptions for summer 2023 graduates are shown below.
More information on the receptions can be found here.
Invitations to these receptions will be sent out by email in April 2023.
Please note that you need to respond to both your ceremony invitation and reception invitation. Responding to one does not automatically reserve you a ticket for the other.
All receptions below will take place in one of three marquees on the Band Stand lawn in Royal Victoria Park.
Unless otherwise stated, receptions are for all graduates graduating from that department on that day.
Please note that receptions for School of Management PhDs and DBAs and Architecture graduates are being organised separately at a departmental level. Invitations for these receptions will go out separately and details are not included below.
