Education

Undergraduate courses starting in 2024

Education is concerned with how people develop and learn throughout their lives. It involves critiquing the teaching methods and environments in which we learn.

Are you interested in young people’s development and education? Do you want to analyse how educational and governmental practices and policies impact learning?

By studying education, you’ll explore these issues. Through a blend of sociological, psychological, political and philosophical approaches, you’ll identify and challenge the barriers to learning and wellbeing many around the world face, such as inequality and sustainability.

With our support, you’ll learn about how to positively impact young people’s lives. We want to help you help future generations.

Our course in this subject is delivered by the Department of Education, with relevant units taught by the Department of Psychology.
