Today he is an MSc graduate of the School of Management, Head of Sales Training & Enablement at GDS group, an accredited personal coach (ACC) and a certified Meditation Teacher. Recently Federico won the Gold Award in the Rising Stars category at the 2022 UK Learning Awards.
