Jane Galbraith, Head of Membership from the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL) will explain the benefits of belonging to a professional institute and why Continuing Professional Development is an important tool to maintain language and business skills.

The talk will also focus on the career benefits of working towards being a chartered linguist. This will be illustrated through a number of member case studies and practical examples.
