Idiosyncratic Deals at Work: Exploring Individual, Organizational, and Societal Perspectives

Yasin's new book 'Idiosyncratic Deals at Work: Exploring Individual, Organizational, and Societal Perspectives' looks into personalised work arrangements and the implications and repercussions of these for both the worker, their manager, their co-workers and their organisation. The book addresses previously unexplored topics such as diversity, societal culture, and individual dignity within the context of i-deals.

Yasin Rofcanin

Yasin is a Professor in Strategy and Organisation in the School of Management, University of Bath. His research focuses on the intersection of organizational behaviour, human resource management and organisational psychology. His research appears n leading European and USA Journals for example Human Relations, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and Journal of Organizational Behaviour.
