For many of us, giving a live media interview can be a daunting and sometimes highly stressful task, however it doesn’t need to be. Dealing with the media will be delivered by Charlie Vernon, leading speaker coach and presentation skills expert, who worked in broadcasting for over ten years both in front and behind the camera.
Learn how to successfully communicate to camera and different media outlets to deliver your answers with true confidence. This session will provide you with some important tools that will allow you to deliver a professional and confident interview and importantly showcase your expertise correctly in order to portray your best professional self.
This session will include:
- What to typically expect in a TV/Radio interview
- How best to prepare at short notice
- How to talk to camera and deliver answers with absolute confidence
- How to make maximum impact in a short amount of time
- Strategies for dealing with difficult questions
- How to deal with and overcome nerves during a live media interview
