Whither higher education? Higher education has become a globally competitive business, with universities and research institutes competing the world over for students, researchers and the luminaries who will attract them. That was before the pandemic.

What do they need to do - and who do they need to be? Are students really just customers or does this sector require a whole new way of thinking, about itself and the society it serves?
Rajani Naidoo is Director of the International Centre for Higher Education Management (ICHEM) and she will be talking to Margaret Heffernan, Professor of Practice, about the future of higher education leadership.
