Professor Jonathan Knight, Pro- Vice Chancellor (Research) will officially welcome you to our research community and set out what makes Bath a special place to undertake your doctoral study.

You'll have the chance to network with some of our current students, including Bath's Three Minute Thesis ® competition finalists, and enjoy complimentary drinks and refreshments.

This event is open to all doctoral students who have begun their studies since Autumn 2018. Members of staff who support doctoral students are also welcome to attend.
