Dr Andrew Moss

(PhD Electrical & Electronic Engineering, 2017) – IT Services Management Programme Manager, Dorset Software Services

Andrew works as a Programme Manager at Dorset Software, which is an IT company based in Poole, Dorset. He has fond memories of his time at Bath, where he completed his PhD. He joined Dorset Software in a technical role as a Test Analyst, and then went on to work in both project management and business analysis roles at the company before progressing to his current role as Programme Manager last year.

IT is a really varied and exciting industry to work in and Andrew has had some fantastic opportunities to work on really interesting projects with customers across both the public and private sectors. Dorset Software has been a really supportive place for me to grow my professional career following my PhD, and the company are passionate about taking on and training graduates from across STEM disciplines, and not just computer science (see Dorset Software Careers).
