It’s not just revolutions that have societal and economic impact – your work can also influence policy, practice, and help reframe the important debates and issues of our time.

The majority of funders – especially the ESRC – require a clear articulation of your potential research impact, as part of their awards strategy. Tools to develop and articulate impact can support the development of your grant proposals.

Find out the where, what and how of social science impact with Sarah Jones and Molly Conisbee from Research and Innovation Services.

Lunch will be available from 12:15. The presentation and Q&A will start from 12:30.

Lunch with Impact Workshops Series

This event is part of the Lunch with Impact Workshops series, funded by the University’s HEIF and EPSRC Impact Acceleration Account. The series supports staff in identifying, generating and evidencing impact from their research. Sessions are practical in nature, enabling attendees to apply the information, knowledge and tools to their own research.
