Be Well Week is run to help promote some of the fantastic opportunities at the University as well as kickstarting and introducing some healthy habits. It is not just a one off week as many of the activities run during Be Well week are also available throughout the year for students to continue.
There are lots of different events and activities running throughout the week. These include dog walking, cooking classes, sport and exercise classes, creative workshops and much more.
Everything is free but a lot of the activities need booking and tend to fill up fast so you need to book early. Our event guide gives all the details.
