Course Overview
This hour and a half course aims to:
- Explore a model of personal resilience and wellbeing; identifying strengths and development areas
- Practice effective techniques for developing resilience and wellbeing
- Develop an action plan to improve their own wellbeing
Course structure
This course runs over an hour and a half, and is run either on campus or on teams.
