Join us for our first School of Management Alumni Open House event.
This is a celebration of our community through an informal and informative networking event. Join us to meet with fellow alumni, friends and School of Management staff (past and present).
You can expect to hear and share inspiring stories, across the many areas the community spans, along with an opportunity to get updates on the School’s latest research in action from our world renowned and trailblazing academics.
As well as an opportunity to see the amazing new home of the School of Management, there will be drinks and canapés provided. We also look forward to showcasing recent successes from our community through exhibitions and displays from our alumni, including Canned Wine Co and TrueStart Coffee, to name a couple. If you would like to share your story or venture please contact email@example.com.
The event is free and open to all School of Management alumni, and you are welcome to bring one guest. Registration is required by 10 November 2022 and places are limited so please sign up early to avoid disappointment. If you are unable to attend the full evening but would like to come for a shorter amount of time, you are of course still more than welcome to register - we would love to see you there.
Book Series Live
For the first time we will bring our popular 'Book Series' to you live, and in person. In this session, our Dean, Professor Steve Brammer, will talk to award-winning author and alumna Grace Marshall about her book 'Struggle - the surprising truth, beauty and opportunity hidden in life’s sh%ttier moments'. Following the usual format of our Book Series, we encourage questions from the audience which you can submit in advance or during the event.
This session will take place between 17:00-18:00 GMT.
If you would like to attend this session, as part of the wider event, please ensure you select it at registration. Places are limited, book early to avoid disappointment.
