Do you want to do more exercise? Eat less junk food? Engage in behaviours that contribute to your long-term wellbeing? Watch a sample lecture from our first year BSc Psychology programme ‘The Psychology of Wellbeing: creating better habits’ whilst you get an insight into how current psychology students are being taught with our new Bath Blend approach.

In this session you will:

  • See a sample first-year lecture by Dr Nathalia Gjersoe, senior lecturer and associate dean
  • Have the opportunity to reflect on a behaviour change you never quite manage to maintain and consider practical steps to achieve it
  • Hear from our current students how the department’s Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) enhances their learning
  • Have the opportunity to ask two of our Psychology ambassadors questions about studying Psychology at the University of Bath in a live Q&A session
