- three bedrooms, so there's plenty of space for a family
- study/extra bedroom
- large kitchen with your own washing machine
- large lounge/dining room
- upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath
- downstairs toilet with sink

If you are a visiting academic with a family, you can stay in one of the five self-contained residences in Esther Parkin on a short-term basis.
Esther Parkin is located close to the centre of campus, amongst some of the student accommodation. It is close to many of the main teaching spaces and campus amenities, like the cafes, shops and banks.
To make you feel safe and at home, Esther Parkin has a secure living environment, with secure key access to the building.
There is an open play area for children, who must be supervised.

All of our University accommodation is smoke free.
There are two cottages, one at each end of the building. Cottages cost £332 a week.
There are two flats, which cost £273 a week.
There is one studio, which suits one person for a short visit. It costs £204 a week.
