If you are travelling by car, you can park in the East Car Park, a short walk from reception.

You can park your car on campus for free, but will need to let the Reception team know your vehicle registration - failure to do so may incur a parking charge notice.

If you are using a sat-nav, use the postcode BA2 7PB. If you are using Google maps, follow this link.

If you are travelling by public transport, Bath is well served by trains from London, Wales and the South West, with regular buses between the city centre and the University. Bristol airport is just a few miles away.

Checking in

Where and how to check-in to your accommodation

Outside the East Accommodation Centre building

When you arrive, please check in at the East Accommodation Centre.

Check-in is available from 2pm to 10pm every day - please let us know if you plan to arrive so that we can greet you.

To make your arrival as safe and stress-free as possible, a member of our team will be here to welcome you and guide you to your accommodation. For safety reasons, we have introduced a contactless check-in system. You will be required to sign a registration document and collect your keys, which will have been left in a safe envelope at our socially-distanced reception more than 24hrs before your arrival.

Before your arrival, your accommodation will have been deep cleaned and left vacant for a minimum of 24hrs, in line with our strict hygiene procedures.

If you arrive out of hours, call the Security team on 01225 383853 and they will come and check you in. You may have a short wait for a member of the Security team to meet you.

Sustainability

Our commitment to protecting the environment

Holding an Exchange reusable cup

Our campus is surrounded by gorgeous Natural Trust land and scenery, and the city of Bath is a beautiful World Heritage location, so it will come as no surprise that we're passionate about caring for the environment.

Please bring any toiletries and tea/coffee you need for your stay. We have taken these items out of our rooms to reduce our plastic consumption and care for our environment. Our two campus shops sell a range of snacks, toiletries and stationery that you may need.

We also encourage campus visitors to bring a reusable coffee cup and water bottle, as we have multiple drinking water taps across campus where you can refill your water bottle. Find out more about our sustainability initiatives here.

Each kitchen in our accommodation contains recycling bins for your rubbish. Please make sure you recycle your waste correctly when staying in our accommodation and help us keep our environment green and healthy.
