Your teacher will give you printed information and an application form for On Track to Bath.

What you need to do
Please read everything your teacher gives you before you start to apply.
You need to make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria for On Track to Bath. Your teacher or adviser can answer any questions and find out any extra information for you.
You need to tell us your GCSE grades, AS levels and A level subjects (or equivalent qualifications) to be able to complete the form.
You also need to tell us what degree you are thinking about studying and write a statement for the application. The statement should explain why you want to attend and how you will benefit.
What your parent or carer needs to do
Your parent or carer needs to complete and sign part of the form.
What your teacher needs to do
Your teacher needs to sign your form and provide some supporting information.
This includes a statement to explain what they think you will gain from taking part in On Track to Bath.
Deadline for applications
The deadline for the next intake of students will be in October 2018.
You should give your form to your teacher to send to the University. The address is on the application form.
Finding out if you have got a place
We will send you a letter to let you know if you have a place or not. It can take up to three weeks for us to confirm places.
We will also let your teacher know the outcome of your application.
If you are successful, we will send you full joining instructions for taking part in On Track to Bath.
