Event dates & timings
The Autumn Careers & Placements Fair 2022 will be held over 2 days - Thursday 20th October and Friday 21st October, 11am to 4pm. As before, the Thursday will be 'all discipline' and the Friday 'STEM specialist', to recognise the curriculum offered at the University. Employers may attend one or both days depending on their vacancies on offer.
With a range of large and small pitches, as well as sponsorship packages, on offer there is an opportunity for all to get back in front of students next academic year. The venue is our large Sports Halls in the Sports Training Village on campus.
We will be using the Handshake App. If you know you have an account please await notification that the fair is ready to book onto - this will be ready for you from no later than Friday 13th May. Employers will need to have or register for a Handshake account, who’s App feature we will use to receive your fair information to advertise you to our students, and collect all the necessary administrative information for the fair days. Go to Handshake (joinhandshake.co.uk) to register anew.
