Launches 28 October, timescales for Recognising Excellence and Outstanding Contribution are below.
Recognising Excellence scheme
Recognising Excellence awards will be paid in December payroll. Deadlines for submission are below:

| 1 December | Heads of Department to update own SharePoint data to reflect final recipients of the award and send confirmation email to reward-hr@bath.ac.uk |
| 3 December | Heads of Department notifying successful employees with amount of award to be communicated directly from Faculties/Schools/Departments |
| 6 December | Payroll to take final recipient data from SharePoint and process for payment |
| 21 December | Recognising Excellence awards paid in December 2021 payroll |
| 7 January 2022 | Payroll deadline to confirm unsuccessful OC cases referred to RE scheme |
Outstanding Contribution scheme

| From 28 October | Heads of Department write to eligible staff inviting nominations |
| 12 November | Nominations to be completed and returned to Heads of Department. (This is a guide date, please adhere to the deadline set by your HoD). |
| 29 November | Heads of Department to upload all nominations to SharePoint |
| 13 December | Contribution Pay Review Group meets to consider Outstanding Contribution nominations |
| By 20 December | Faculties/Schools/Departments notified of successful and unsuccessful cases |
| w/c 20 December | Unsuccessful cases may be referred back to Faculties/Schools/Departments for consideration under their local Recognising Excellence schemes |
| December 2021 | Human Resources send outcome letters to Outstanding Contribution nominees |
| January 2022 | Contribution points actioned for successful nominees in January 2022 payroll, effective 1 January |
