Information for Faculty Administrators who are responsible for examinations within their Faculty/School.
Academic Registry's role
Academic Registry is here to support you in the central organisation of your Department or School’s examinations.
Academic Registry produces the examination schedule for main venues and for all venues where alternative arrangements are in place. We also organise all porters for the exams, and we make the arrangements for invigilators for exams where alternative arrangements are in place.
Academic Registry also manages all master copies of exam papers, and organises the duplication of all the examination papers.
If you have any questions on examinations arrangements not covered here, please contact Academic Registry

Papers must be submitted to Academic Registry by the date outlined in the Academic Administration Calendar
Delivering Examination Papers to the Academic Registry

It is always advisable to phone or email in advance just to make sure somebody is in the office to accept the papers from you.
No papers may be submitted to Academic Registry electronically.
