These are internally funded opportunities to support your research funding:
MRC Proximity to Discovery: industry engagement fund
The Medical Research Council (MRC) has awarded the University £89,000, through the 2018/19 Proximity to Discovery (P2D) scheme. You can apply to this fund for early engagement and knowledge exchange between industry and academic researchers, in the area of therapeutic innovation. Further information. GW4 funding
The GW4 Alliance brings together four of the most research-intensive and innovative universities in the UK; the Universities of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter.
Impact Acceleration Account (IAA)
The IAA is an EPSRC fund of over £1.4 million from 2017 until 2020, funding projects which relate to an EPSRC grant. Further information.

Industrial Strategy
The government's Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund for research and innovation brings together the UK's world leading research with business, to meet major industrial and societal challenges. By investing in and supporting UK businesses and researchers, the fund ensures that research and innovation is central to the government's industrial strategy.
