Bringing guests to your ceremony
Ceremony invitations have been sent out for our 2021 summer ceremonies. The invitation email asked you to register to attend your graduation ceremony by 7 June 2021.
If you complete the form by our deadline we guarantee up to two guest tickets for family and friends to come to your graduation ceremony.
Guaranteed guest ticket numbers are restricted to two per student due to the requirement to keep the event covid secure. It will not be possible to get any more than two guest tickets.
Children aged two or under will not require a ticket but will have to sit on the lap of one of your guests. Children over the age of two will require a ticket.
Accessibility or other arrangements for guests
You must tell us if your guests have specific requirements when you register to attend your graduation ceremony.
If you have told us about a guest with specific requirements, the ceremony ushers will have this information and will be able to help you on the day. If things change after the deadline, or your guests’ access requirements change, you can use our online form to tell us.
The ceremonies will take place in a marquee on campus. Access into the marquee is step free.
Further things you may need to do
You can use our online portal to:
- request an 'invitation letter' for your ceremony, for visa purposes
- notify us of any additional accessibility requirements that you haven’t told us about on the Award ceremony webform, once it has closed
- let us know if you are no longer attending your ceremony after the webform has closed
