Your guide

Reconnect with University friends by following these 5 simple steps to planning a reunion. At the end of this guide, there's a short form for you to complete, which will enable us to help you along the way.

1. Who to invite

Some popular choices for reunion groups are your graduation year, societies, clubs and flatmates. We can search for fellow alumni using the following criteria:

  • First name
  • Surname/maiden name
  • Graduation year
  • Entry year
  • Subject of study
  • Halls of residence

Please note that we have limited data for halls of residence and early graduation years. Due to Data Protection laws we are unable to share contact details without permission or invite those people who have opted out of receiving communications from the University.

2. Start organising your event

Things to do

You could enjoy a campus tour, department visit, sports game or even have lunch on campus, but be sure to check the opening times. We can offer drinks vouchers to use in some of the hospitality outlets, depending on the size of your group. Bath also has a multitude of restaurants and pubs to choose from.

Getting around

Explore Bath's public transport options or, if you're planning on driving, find out about parking on campus. Here's a University map so you can think about what you'd like to see while you’re here and help find your way around.

Staying overnight? See what accommodation Bath has to offer. You may also be able to stay on campus at Polden House or Woodland Court. Please note that the prices and availability are dependent on term times. Find out when your reunion falls in the academic year.

3. Communication

When you're ready to start thinking about your invitation, complete the form at the bottom of this page and we'll send you an email template tailored to your event.

4. Let us know who's coming

In advance of your reunion, please provide us with a list of those who are due to attend. This will help us to make your reunion more personal.

5. Contact us
