19th Century literature's developments, movements and themes
On this 11-week course you will study, in depth, major literary texts from different decades of the 19th century including the following:
The novel Frankenstein by Mary Shelley (1818)
The novel Great Expectations by Charles Dickens (1861)
The play The Importance of Being Ernest by Oscar Wilde (1895)
A variety of poetry from throughout the century to include Wordsworth, Keats, and Rossetti
To be awarded credits for this course, a minimum of 80% attendance is required.
