Set up your Windows device

1. Download and run the University Print Service installer
2. Select 'Run' – you may be asked to confirm that you accept that the program Windows, University Print Service.exe will make changes to your computer
3. Select 'install' - you will see Pharos and Sharp modules downloading

You will be able to select UPS1 or UPS2 as your print queue.

Windows 10 users may only see one printer within the 'Printers and Scanners' window. This is expected and due to the way Windows displays multiple printers that use the same port. Both printers are there and can both be seen by selecting where it says UPS1 or UPS2. This will prompt a dropdown where both UPS1 and UPS2 can be selected.
