Who should do a computer workstation self assessment

All staff and postgraduate research students who are computer users should do a self-assessment of their own computer workstation.

The assessment should take you no more than five minutes to complete.

Alongside the form, there are guidance points to help you set up your workstation ergonomically and to check that you are adopting ergonomic working practices.

Once you have submitted the form, SHEW will provide additional guidance on any steps you may need to take to improve your workstation.
