Overview

The purpose of discussing the areas in this tool is to:

 - Recognise what areas are effective and working well;

- Identify causes of concern;

- Consider and agree reasonable and practical actions that can be taken to manage any sources of concern.

How you use the wheel depends on if you are using it for your own wellbeing or using it to support a colleague and there is further guidance below to tell you how best to use the wheel.
