Using grid timetables

How to use grid timetables to show programme, unit, staff, and room timetables in a basic grid format instead of using MyTimetable.

Information provided on grid timetables

Where an activity is scheduled, it will show an individual cell in blue within the grid timetable. All cells display the activity name on the top line, the allocated room(s) on the second line and scheduled week numbers on the third line shows. Week numbers are laid out in the Academic Year Chart.

Please note that the University policy on the finish and start times for classes is 5 and 15 minutes past the hour.

As timetables can change any timetables you may have printed will quickly become out-of-date. Please use MyTimetable for up-to-date timetables.
