Structural Molecular Biology
You will study the 'Structure and function relationship of proteins involved in disease processes'. The post holder will work with Professor K. Ravi Acharya. The research project will involve molecular biology, protein biochemistry (expression and purifications of proteins using different constructs), structural studies using X-ray crystallography and biophysical studies. A PhD in Structural Biology/Biochemistry/Molecular biology with an interest in functional aspects of proteins and with experience in structural biology is essential.
