We are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Marketing to join the Marketing Group of our Marketing, Business & Society Division in the School of Management.

The successful candidate will have a progressive research and impact agenda, with a publication profile consistent with this level of appointment, demonstrating evidence of the ability to publish in top rated international journals. All candidates are expected to apply for external research funding. The Marketing group currently has a reputation for world-class research in the areas of consumer research (from both a consumer culture theory and consumer psychology perspective), brand management and advertising research, with a growing international reputation in the areas of sustainable business/marketing practices and the marketing–entrepreneurship interface.

The Marketing group also achieves teaching excellence on our highly rated undergraduate and Masters degrees, including the MSc in Marketing and the BSc in Management and Marketing. In addition to an ability to teach marketing principles, we are particularly interested in candidates who are well-placed to teach: Consumer Culture Theory, Business to Business Marketing, Research Methods or New Product Development.
