Are you self-motivated, proactive problem solver with a passion for always improving? 

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Systems Support Analyst to join our Process Change Team in the Finance & Procurement Department from July 2021. We are seeking a positive, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience of both providing support and developing large business systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our small team by managing and delivering support for the users of our finance systems. Other major elements of the role are; undertaking process improvements, system developments and providing user training and coaching.

You will deliver high quality 1st & 2nd line customer support utilising your problem solving skills. Another important aspect of this support will be the accurate allocation and audit of system access for our finance system (Unit4 ERP). Efficiently managing our support function, collaboration with colleagues and our third party suppliers you will ensure issue resolution for our users. 

We are looking for someone to proactively identify training requirements, and the ability to train and support people with a wide variety of technical ability will be very important. You will provide coaching for users whilst supporting other team members and specialists with the delivery of workshops and training sessions. 

Developing our processes and systems to improve the finance function is integral part of the team's work. A good understanding of all aspects and stages of project work and the transition to live operation is essential. You will work closely with a variety of users and stakeholders across the University to lead process improvements projects and smaller scale system developments.
