This is an exciting opportunity to join the Procurement team to deliver the role of Procurement Stock Coordinator for a fixed term period until 6 May 2022.

The role supports the procurement operation of the University’s Department of Accommodation and Hospitality and will focus on tasks including supplier management, resolving day to day supplier issues with logistics; data administration, managing product information and reporting for goods purchased by the dept; contract support to the Procurement Category Manager ensuring value for money is delivered through good procurement practice; and generally providing a high level of customer service to the various stakeholders you will work with.

You should have a good level of IT literacy with particular experience of using Microsoft Excel and Purchase to Pay systems. You will be highly organised with an analytical approach to your work, and will have previous experience of working within a procurement environment.
