About you: 

You will enjoy focussing on the detail of administration and be adept at multi-tasking and unfazed by the demands of multiple stakeholders. This is a role with the possibility of you taking on either a more administrative or co-ordinator level role, depending on your level of experience and potential; so whether you are an experienced administrator or looking to develop a career in recruitment we'd love to hear from you.

Other key things we will be looking for are: 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner.
  • The ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels.
  • A focus on prioritising work and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience writing content for websites, job adverts, profiles would be advantageous, but not essential.

About the role:

Joining our busy HR Recruitment Team providing first line support to managers recruiting for both academic and non-academic roles, you will have ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. With full training and support provided you will soon become proficient at each step, from initial vacancy creation, advertising, through to contract creation, new starter data entry and onboarding communications.

You'll be providing email and phone-based support on a whole range of queries from setting up new vacancies, Visa requirements, advertising options, setting up interviews, contracts and right to work checks. Using our Recruitment ATS (Stonefish) and HR system (iTrent) our along with MS Teams you will co-ordinate and administer the whole recruitment process to deliver an outstanding experience for Managers and Candidates.

This is a fixed-term role until April 2022.
