We believe students can and want to change their community for the better, and our role as staff members in The SU is to provide the insight, encouragement and support to help them do just that.

We’re all about engaging students to really understand their experiences, and work with partners across the University and further afield to look at how we can make the University of Bath an exceptional place to study and live.

Working directly with student representatives and student leaders, we help them represent the views of their peers and identify new and creative enhancements to the educational experience.

It’s a very busy, vibrant, challenging and constantly changing environment (which is why it’s so rewarding to work here). We are looking for someone who has fantastic interpersonal skills, creativity and flexibility, and a keen interest in Higher Education to lead our Education Team.

This is a full-time, open-ended position with an immediate start available.
