About the role:

Joining our busy HR Recruitment Team providing first line support to managers recruiting for both academic and non-academic roles, you will have ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle. With full training and support provided you will soon become proficient at each step, from initial vacancy creation, advertising, through to contract creation, new starter data entry and onboarding communications.

In this constantly changing environment you’ll deliver email and phone based support on a whole range of queries from setting up new vacancies, Visa requirements, advertising options, setting up interviews, contracts and right to work checks. 

About you:

As an experienced administrator, preferably gained within a fast-paced recruitment and/or HR environment, you will be adept at multi-tasking and unfazed by the demands of multiple stakeholders. You will also have:

  • High levels of attention to detail & organisational skills
  • A proactive nature
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and varied environment
  • Experience working in a recruitment-based role or within a HR environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships would be desirable as well as knowledge of sourcing channels and routes to market to advise on recruitment best practice and build good relationships with your stakeholders.
