We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated administrator to join our busy team in the Faculty of Engineering & Design Student Centre as a Programmes Administrator.

You will play a key role in the team, working collaboratively with other team members and academic staff, to ensure the smooth and efficient administration and operation of our taught programmes within the Faculty of Engineering & Design. This will include day-to-day administrative support for assessment, teaching and student data management activities.

You should have strong computer skills, preferably with Office 365 experience and feel confident in learning and using new digital tools and database systems. This role supports the student assessment life cycle so attention to detail is important, as is the ability to manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities. You will need to work closely with other team members, academic colleagues and students from across the world, so effective communication skills are essential.

We care about student and staff wellbeing, delivering excellent service and University reputation. If this approach resonates with you and you are a good team player who also enjoys working independently and taking the initiative, we would welcome an application from you.
