We have an exciting opportunity which has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator within the Campus Infrastructure team at the University of Bath, the Times and Sunday Times University of the Year 2023. 

About the role:

This is a varied role, we are seeking to recruit an eager, motivated individual to join our small team.

The team acts as the central function to co-ordinate all maintenance work received from staff, working closely with the Campus Infrastructure office and Workshop teams to provide reactive and planned maintenance across the Estate. The post is diverse and involves dealing with a wide range of matters in support of the various functions of the Department.

Core hours are between 8.00am and 4.20pm and scheduled among the team, so flexibility is important.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis. 

About you: 

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Possess an administrative background.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiate and problem solve.
  • Be able to prioritise workload in a reactive environment.

A good understanding of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel is required. Training will be given in the use of University specific software such as Archibus and Agresso.
