We are offering an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator within the Estates Department at the University of Bath.

The role is varied and interesting and we would like to recruit an eager, motivated individual to join our small team.

About the role:

You will work closely with other staff in the Estate’s office and Workshops to provide administrative support. The post is diverse and involves dealing with a wide range of matters in support of the various functions of the Department of Estates.

Core hours are between 8.00am and 4.20pm and scheduled among the team, so flexibility is important.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.  

About you: 

You will be well organised, with a strong administrative background and preferably experience within a facilities management environment or similar. You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, with a common-sense approach to problem solving. You will need initiative and good judgement. The ability to constantly re-prioritise workload in a reactive environment is essential. 

A high proficiency in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel is required.  Training will be given in use of University specific software such as Archibus and Agresso.
